Do I need a Building permit?
What info do we need to provide to obtain a quote?
We can not quote your job without a full set of plans drawn up by a qualified drafts person or architect (including site plan).
We also require an estimated total cost of works, as well as any planning permits and engineering details and certificates you may have.
Quoting documents can be sent through the Contact us portal and generally take 7 to 10 business days to return if we have all required information.
When will my inspections be completed?
Once your building permit has been issued, it is your responsibility to organise/book inspections at the required time. You can request an inspection by calling our office on (03) 5338 8544 or by contacting us via our admin email.
Inspections are generally completed between 1.30pm and 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Inspections can be booked by calling our office on (03) 5338 8544 or via our admin email. We appreciate 24hrs notice for inspections
Please note, Our office hours are 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday. Emails sent after 3pm will not be seen until the following business day.

How many inspections will i need?
While every job is different we generally complete 3 -4 inspections per job. Foundation, Footings, Frame and Final.
My building permit is due to lapse. Can I get an extension of time?
Yes, in most cases we can amend your building permit and extend the time for a fee, so long as the permit is still current. Fees vary but are generally $1200.00 including GST for 12 months.
Do I need a permit for a Pool or Spa?
