Do I need a Building permit?
What info do we need to provide to obtain a quote?
We can not quote your job without plans drawn up by a qualified draftsperson architect. We also require a site plan. Estimated cost of works.
When will my inspections be complete?
Once your building permit has been issued, it is your responsibility to organize/book inspections at the required time. You can request an inspection by calling our office on (03) 5338 8544

How many inspections will i need?
While every job is different we generally complete 3 -4 inspections per job. Foundation, Footings, Frame and Final.
My building permit is due to lapse. Can I get an extension of time?
Yes, in most cases we can amend your building permit and extend the time for a fee, so long as the permit is still current. Fees vary.
Do I need a permit for a Pool or Spa?
